2) Return products

Place the products to be returned (incl. delivery note) back in the packaging and provide the following address:

When ordering t-shirts (delivered in paper bags), the return can easily be marked with a large letter (from CHF 1.85 in Switzerland) and thrown in the nearest yellow post box. Parcels can be sent as parcel post at the nearest post office counter.

3) Refund/Exchange

In the case of an exchange, we will send the new desired product as fast as possible and, in the case of a return, we will initiate the corresponding credit note as soon as the product has arrived.

Important information: We are a small company and stand for conscious consumption. Therefore we do not offer free returns. The return costs must be borne by the sender himself. Thank you very much for your understanding.
